I had the exact opposite results. My speedtest.net results were amazing even to the east coast I was seeing 200+ mbps from Oceanic. With HT it was usually closer to 20-30mbps. However in real world downloading the Oceanic really seemed to fall flat. When I went to other providers besides Ookla, I also saw speeds around 10-15 mbps from oceanic.
